The high standards of services in the Hotel is due not only to the staff efficiency, but it has an impact of a sufficient educational programmer, arranged for the Hotel staff within the framework of "ACCOR" Academy in the form of seminar studies and trainings, as well as in the form of practice in the leading hotels of this chain in France and other countries. Since December 1999 the hotel has been managed by the Russian professionals in the hospitality business, one of which is ""UMACO" company, managing the hotel for 7 months in 2000 as a chain hotel of "Katerina" brand. Since July 17 2002 the Hotel has been renamed as "IRIS Congress Hotel" under the management of "Soft-Project" Company being the owner of the property.
