Being an internationally renowned center of social, political and cultural life, our city often hosts large- scale competitions of great significance, and we are grateful to the World Hairdressers’ Organization for selecting Moscow the venue of the XXXI Championship of Hairdressing, Make-up and Nail Design. We are sure that the Championship will be a great impetus to the further development of the beauty industry worldwide.
